Takuya and Rika work in the planning department of JTC, a travel agency in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Both are socially awkward and unassuming, but they lead fulfilling single lives. However, with the opening of an Alaska branch, single employees will be given priority for overseas assignments in a year. This puts Rika in a difficult position, and she proposes a plan to Takuya...
